Shipping Policy
At Saantha, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers.
Shipping Methods
- Domestic Orders (India): Shipped via our logistics partner network (powered by Shiprocket).
- International Orders: We currently do not ship internationally by default. If you are located outside India and would like to place an order, please email us at contact@saantha.com and we will do our best to assist you.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for domestic orders. COD eligibility and limits may vary by order value and delivery location.
Shipping Timelines
- In-stock products: Dispatched within 3-4 days, followed by 3-5 days transit time depending on your location.
- Made-to-order products: Shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks.
- Out-of-stock products: Customers can place an order by sending a mail at contact@saantha.com along with the image of the product and size reference, and we will update them on the expected delivery timeline.
- Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above INR 8,000.
- A flat shipping fee of INR 150 for orders below INR 8,000.
Tracking & Address Changes
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
- For address changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Delivery Issues
- We work with trusted third-party logistics partners to ensure timely delivery but are not responsible for any delays caused by them.
- If a package arrives damaged, do not accept it. Take photos and contact us immediately for a resolution.
- For returns or exchanges due to your own preference (size, fit, change of mind), you are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to our warehouse.
- For returns due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us at contact@saantha.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange the return at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only within 24 hours of placement.
- Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
