Shipping Policy

At Saantha, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers.

Shipping Methods

• Domestic Orders (India): Shipped via Delhivery.
• International Orders: Shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or Aramex.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for domestic orders up to INR 20,000. COD is not available for higher amounts or international orders.

Shipping Timelines

• In-stock products: Delivered within 7-8 days.
• Made-to-order products: Shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks.
• Out-of-stock products: Customers can place an order by sending a mail at info@saantha.com alongwith the image of the product and size reference, and we will update them on the expected delivery timeline.
• Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days.

Shipping Charges

• Within India:
  • Free shipping on orders above INR 8,000.
  • A flat shipping fee of INR 150 for orders below INR 8,000.
• International Orders:
  • Free shipping on orders above INR 25,000.
  • A flat fee of INR 3,200 for orders below INR 25,000.
• Custom Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking & Address Changes

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
• For address changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Delivery Issues

• We work with trusted third-party logistics partners to ensure timely delivery but are not responsible for any delays caused by them.
• If a package arrives damaged, do not accept it. Take photos and contact us immediately for a resolution.
• For returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping costs to our warehouse.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled only within 24 hours of placement.
• Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
