Refund & Exchange Policy
At Saantha, we take pride in our handcrafted creations and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you need to request a refund or exchange, please follow the guidelines below:
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
- For general returns or exchanges, email us at contact@saantha.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, email us at contact@saantha.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and images.
- Once your request is approved, the returned product must reach us within 15 days of return confirmation.
- Once the returned product(s) meet our exchange policy criteria, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of receiving the product(s).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed only after the COD amount has been credited to us by our shipping partner. This typically takes 15–20 working days, depending on the shipping provider's settlement schedule.
- Refunds and exchanges will be processed only after a thorough inspection and verification.
Eligibility for Refund & Exchange
- Only the product cost is refundable; shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- Products can only be returned or exchanged if they are incorrect, defective, unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- Slight variations or irregularities in handloom and hand embroidery are part of the craftsmanship and not considered defects.
Production & Delivery Delays
- Our handcrafted and embroidered products may require additional time due to their intricate nature.
- Orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to production delays.
Approval & Restrictions
- Customers must provide clear images of the product and any concerns immediately upon receiving the package.
- Refunds or exchanges will only be approved after careful inspection by our team.
- International orders are not eligible for refunds.
- Saantha reserves the right to accept or decline any return or exchange request.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only within 24 hours of placement.
- Once production has begun, cancellations will not be possible.
